Project Purpose:
Jointly developed by Singapore multinational company Keppel Corporation and leading
property developer Keppel Land, Marina at Keppel Bay is the centerpiece of the premier
waterfront precinct, Keppel Bay. It is the only residential development in Singapore to
have its own world-class marina that complements the premier waterfront lifestyle
offering of Keppel Bay.
Marina at Keppel Bay also caters to the increased demand in Singapore for quality yacht
moorage. It is envisioned to become the port of choice for international luxury yachts,
and a waterfront playground for the privileged and prominent.
Aesthetic Design:
Form, function and elegance form the basis of the design for Marina at Keppel Bay. Well
laid-out, the Marina is fitted with the latest and innovative features such as an individual

pontoon system, and pump-out system, which are highly sought after by boaters.
