Conventional bollards are structures mainly purposed to prevent
automobiles to merge onto the sidewalks.
Sym is not just carefully designed to comply with updated public
design standards, but has improved it's conventional simple
function by adapting LED lighting technology.
Sym allows preventing accidents by aiding acknowledgement of
the crosswalk visually to both pedestrians and drivers at night
time.


Material
The bollard body is carefully coated with non-glossy paint for
balanced harmony with the surrounding environment.
Specially crafted shock-absorbent polyurethane is covered on both
sides for pedestrian's safety purpose. Acrylic lens is applied on
lighting surface for trouble-free maintenance.


Color
Mild and classy color tone is applied for gentle harmony to the
surroundings.
Minimal colors (one main tone and one supplementary tone) are
used to simplify it's identity.

전통적인 볼라드는 주로 자동차가 인도로 진입하지 못하게 막는 구조물입니다. SYM은 단순히 최신 공공 디자인 기준을 준수하는 것에 그치지 않고, LED 조명 기술을 적용하여 기존의 단순한 기능을 개선하였습니다. SYM은 야간에 보행자와 운전자 모두에게 횡단보도를 시각적으로 인식시켜 사고를 예방할 수 있도록 돕습니다.

재료

볼라드 본체는 주변 환경과의 조화를 위해 무광 페인트로 신중하게 코팅되었습니다. 보행자의 안전을 위해 양쪽에 특별히 제작된 충격 흡수성 폴리우레탄이 적용되었습니다. 조명 표면에는 유지관리가 용이한 아크릴 렌즈가 적용되었습니다.

색상

주변 환경과의 부드러운 조화를 위해 부드럽고 세련된 색조가 적용되었습니다. 심플한 정체성을 위해 최소한의 색상(주 색조 하나와 보조 색조 하나)만 사용되었습니다.
